The Detector Configuration of the ATLAS experiment for Run3 of the LHC
/ Iengo, Paolo (speaker) (INFN) ; Camincher, Clement (speaker) (University of Victoria (CA))
The ATLAS experiment has undergone substantial improvements during Long Shutdown 2 (LS2). Thanks to luminosity levelling, a sustained running of the LHC at an instantaneous luminosity of L=2×1034cm−2s−1 is expected during LHC Run 3, with an average of up to 60 interactions per bunch crossing. [...]

New era in dark matter searches the dawn of the (nuclear) clocks
/ Perez, Gilad (speaker) (Weizmann)
After a brief introduction related to ultralight (pseudo) scalar dark matter, we are going to describe the current status of searches for ultralight dark matter (UDM). We explain why modern clocks can be used to search for both scalar and axion dark matter fields. [...]

S-folds and their conformal manifolds
/ Gautason, Fridrik (speaker)
I discuss a 3D N=4 SCFT that is constructed by gauging a global symmetry of the Gaiotto-Witten T[U(N)] theory. Supersymmetric localization allows for the exact evaluation of its sphere partition function which reveals a remarkably simple answer that can be interpreted as a giant graviton expansion. [...]

The CMS detector for LHC Run 3
/ Shevelev, Alexey (speaker) (University of Maryland (US)) ; Rabady, Dinyar (speaker) (CERN) ; Haza, Grace (speaker) (University of Nebraska Lincoln (US))
Since the initial data taking of the CERN LHC, the CMS experiment has undergone substantial upgrades and improvements. In this Detector Seminar an overview of important upgrades of the CMS Detector during previous Long Shutdowns will be given and the configuration of the experiment for the third data-taking period of the CERN LHC, Run 3, will be presented.
In a first part, details about the replacement of the entire silicon pixel tracking detector will be presented. [...]
