Search for dark matter at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV in final states containing an energetic photon and large missing transverse momentum with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
Results of a search for physics beyond the Standard Model in events containing an energetic photon and large missing transverse momentum with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider are reported. As the number of events observed in data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36.1 $\textrm fb^{-1}$ of proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, is in agreement with the Standard Model expectations, exclusion limits in models where dark-matter candidates are pair-produced are determined. Measurement of the $B^0_s\to\mu^+\mu^-$ branching fraction and effective lifetime and search for $B^0\to\mu^+\mu^-$ decays / LHCb Collaboration
A search for the rare decays $B^0_s\to\mu^+\mu^-$ and $B^0\to\mu^+\mu^-$ is performed at the LHCb experiment using data collected in $pp$ collisions corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 4.4 fb$^{-1}$. An excess of $B^0_s\to\mu^+\mu^-$ decays is observed with a significance of 7.8 standard deviations, representing the first observation of this decay in a single experiment. [...]

Search for anomalous couplings in boosted $\mathrm{ WW/WZ }\to\ell\nu\mathrm{ q \bar{q} }$ production in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} =$ 8 TeV / CMS Collaboration
This Letter presents a search for new physics manifested as anomalous triple gauge boson couplings in WW and WZ diboson production in proton-proton collisions. The search is performed using events containing a W boson that decays leptonically and a W or Z boson whose decay products are merged into a single reconstructed jet. [...]

Measurement of the top quark mass using single top quark events in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}= $ 8 TeV / CMS Collaboration
A measurement of the top quark mass is reported in events containing a single top quark produced via the electroweak $t$ channel. The analysis is performed using data from proton-proton collisions collected with the CMS detector at the LHC at a centre-of-mass energy of 8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 19.7 fb$^{-1}$. Observation of the decay $\Lambda^0_b \to p K^- \mu^+ \mu^-$ and a search for $C\!P$ violation / LHCb Collaboration
A search for CP violation in the decay Λ$_{b}^{0}$  → pK$^{−}$ μ$^{+}$ μ$^{−}$ is presented. This decay is mediated by flavour-changing neutral-current transitions in the Standard Model and is potentially sensitive to new sources of CP violation. [...]

Performance of the ATLAS Transition Radiation Tracker in Run 1 of the LHC: tracker properties / ATLAS Collaboration
The tracking performance parameters of the ATLAS Transition Radiation Tracker (TRT) as part of the ATLAS inner detector are described in this paper for different data-taking conditions in proton--proton, proton--lead and lead--lead collisions at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). The performance is studied using data collected for different data-taking conditions in proton--proton, proton--lead and lead--lead collisions at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). [...]

Measurement of the cross section for electroweak production of Z$\gamma$ in association with two jets and constraints on anomalous quartic gauge couplings in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = $ 8 TeV / CMS Collaboration
A measurement is presented of the cross section for the electroweak production of a Z boson and a photon in association with two jets in proton-proton collisions at $ \sqrt{s} = $ 8 TeV. The Z bosons are identified through their decays to electron or muon pairs. [...]

Flow dominance and factorization of transverse momentum correlations in Pb-Pb collisions at the LHC / ALICE Collaboration
We present the first measurement of the two-particle transverse momentum differential correlation function, $P_2\equiv\langle \Delta p_{\rm T} \Delta p_{\rm T} \rangle /\langle p_{\rm T} \rangle^2$, in Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{_{\rm NN}}} =$ 2.76 TeV. Results for $P_2$ are reported as a function of relative pseudorapidity ($\Delta \eta$) and azimuthal angle ($\Delta \varphi$) between two particles for different collision centralities. [...]

Production of $\pi^0$ and $\eta$ mesons up to high transverse momentum in pp collisions at 2.76 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
The invariant differential cross sections for inclusive $\pi^{0}$ and $\eta$ mesons at midrapidity were measured in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}=2.76$ TeV for transverse momenta $0.4 < p_{\rm T} < 40$ GeV/$c$ and $0.6 < p_{\rm T} < 20$ GeV/$c$, respectively, using the ALICE detector. This large range in $p_{\rm T}$ was achieved by combining various analysis techniques and different triggers involving the electromagnetic calorimeter (EMCal). [...]
