Studies of b-hadrons at LHCb
/ Matiunin, Slava (NRC "Kurchatov Institute" (ITEP) (RU))
A large data set collected at the LHCb experiment in proton-proton collisions during Runs 1 and 2 of the Large Hadron Collider has opened a unique possibility to study heavy beauty hadron states and to broaden knowledge of their spectroscopy and production. Recent results on searches for new excited $\mathrm{b}$-hadron states, and studies of $\mathrm{b}$-hadron production, are reviewed. [...]

Beauty meson decays to charmonium-like states at LHCb
/ Ovsiannikova, Tatiana (Kurchatov Inst., Moscow)
/LHCb Collaboration
The decays $B^{0}_{s} \to J\psi\pi^{+}\pi^{-}K^{+}K^{-}$ are studied using a data set corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb$^{-1}$, collected with the LHCb detector in proton-proton collisions at centre of mass energies of 7, 8 and 13 $TeV$. The decays $B^{0}_{s} \to J/\psi K^{*0}\bar{K^{*0}}$ and $B^{0}_{s} \to \chi_{c1}(3872) K^{+}K^{-}$, where the $K^{+}K^{-}$ pair does not originate from a $\phi$ meson, are observed for the first time. LHCb results on exotic spectroscopy
/ Kucharczyk, Marcin (Polish Academy of Sciences (PL))
The latest years have observed a resurrection of interest in searches for exotic states motivated by precision spectroscopy studies of beauty and charm hadrons providing the observation of many new exotic states. The recent results on spectroscopy of exotic hadrons obtained by the LHCb Col- laboration are reviewed [...]

Search for long-lived particles in LHCb
/ Kucharczyk, Marcin (Polish Academy of Sciences (PL))
The present document focuses on the recent searches for the existence of heavy particles beyond the Standard Model at LHCb, exploiting its unique forward acceptance, high-precision tracking and excellent particle identification. Searches for long-lived particles decaying into jet pairs or semileptonically, together with the lepton-flavour-violating decays of Higgs-like boson, are dis- cussed..

A new scheduling algorithm for the LHCb upgrade trigger application
/ Govorkova, Katya (Nikhef National institute for subatomic physics (NL)) ; Hasse, Christoph (Technische Universitaet Dortmund (DE)) ; Matev, Rosen (CERN) ; Nolte, Niklas Stefan (Technische Universitaet Dortmund (DE)) ; Ponce, Sebastien (CERN) ; Raven, Gerhard (Nikhef National institute for subatomic physics (NL)) ; Stahl, Sascha (CERN)
During Run 3 of the LHC the LHCb detector will process a 30 MHz event rate with a full detector readout followed by a software trigger. To deal with the increased computational requirements, the software framework is reviewed and optimized on a large scale. [...]

$\phi_s$ status and prospects at LHCb
/ Govorkova, Katya (Nikhef National institute for subatomic physics (NL))
Recent measurements of the time-dependent CP violation by the LHCb experiment are presented. The decays of $B_s$ mesons to $J/\psi K^+ K^-$ and $J/\psi \pi^+ \pi^-$ final states are used to measure the CP-violating phase $\phi_{s}$ in tree-dominated transitions, while $B_s^0\to(K^+ \pi^-) (K^- \pi^+)$ and $B_s^0\to \phi \phi$ decay modes are used to measure the CP violating phases $\phi_{s}^{sd\overline{d}}$ and $\phi_{s}^{ss\overline{s}}$, which arise in penguin-dominated decays. [...]
