Strategy and Automation of the Quality Assurance Testing of MaPMTs for the LHCb RICH Upgrade / Gizdov, Konstantin (The University of Edinburgh (GB))
The LHCb RICH system will undergo major modifications for the LHCb Upgrade during the Long Shutdown 2 of the LHC, and the current photon detectors will be replaced by Multi Anode PMTs. The operating conditions of the upgraded experiment puts forth significant requirements onto the MaPMTs in terms of their performance, durability \& reliability. [...]

Measurement of CP Violation in $B_s^0 \to J\psi \phi$ decays / Gizdov, Konstantin (The University of Edinburgh (GB))
Precise measurements of CP violation provide stringent tests of the Standard Model towards a search for signs of New Physics. The decay-time dependent CP asymmetry in $B_s^0 \to J\psi \phi$ decays has been measured using proton-proton, $pp$, collision data, collected with the LHCb detector. [...]

Heavy flavour spectroscopy and hadron properties from LHCb / Palano, Antimo (Universita e INFN, Bari (IT))
The LHCb experiment is designed to study the properties and decays of heavy flavored hadrons produced in pp collisions at the LHC. The data collected enables precision spectroscopy studies of beauty and charm hadrons. [...]

LHCb full-detector real-time alignment and calibration: latest developments and perspectives / Dziurda, Agnieszka (Polish Academy of Sciences (PL)) ; Mogini, Andrea (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (FR))
The LHCb detector is a single-arm forward spectrometer, which measures proton-proton inter- actions at the LHC. For Run II (2015-2018) LHCb has introduced a novel real-time detector alignment and calibration strategy. [...]

Measurement of $\gamma$ from time-dependent analysis of $B_s^0 \to D_s^\mp K^\pm$ / Dziurda, Agnieszka (Polish Academy of Sciences (PL))
We report the measurement of the time-dependent $C\!P$ violating observables in $B_s^0\to D_s^{\mp}K^{\pm}$ decays. The study is performed using a dataset corresponding to 3.0 fb$^{-1}$ of $pp$ collisions recorded in the LHCb detector in Run I of the LHC. [...]

LHCb measurements on CPV in $B$ decays ($B\to3h$, $\phi_s$, charmless $B$ decays) / Govorkova, Katya (Nikhef National institute for subatomic physics (NL))
The latest results on the $CP$ violation measurements in $B$ decays are reported. The measurement of the weak phase $\phi_s^ {s \overline s}$ using the $B^0_s \to \phi \phi$ decay mode is performed on a dataset corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5 $fb^{-1}$ collected in proton-proton collisions by the LHCb experiment. CKM angle $\gamma$ measurement at LHCb / Haines, Susan Carol (University of Cambridge (GB))
Data collected at the LHCb experiment have been used to determine the CKM angle $\gamma$ with $B^{-} \rightarrow D K^{-}$, $D \rightarrow K_S^0 \pi^+ \pi^-$, $K_S^0 K^+ K^-$ decays, leading to the most precise measurement of $\gamma$ from a single analysis. Decay-time-dependent $CP$ asymmetries in $B^0 \rightarrow D^{\mp} \pi^{\pm}$ decays have been measured for the first time at a hadron collider and used to place constraints on $| \sin{(2\beta + \gamma)} |$ and $\gamma$ that are consistent with world average values. Tracking, Vertexing and data handling strategy for the LHCb upgrade / Seyfert, Paul (CERN)
For Run III (2021 onwards) of the LHC, LHCb will take data at an instantaneous luminosity of $2 \times 10^{33} \mathrm{cm}^{-2} \mathrm{s}^{-1}$, five times higher than in Run II (2015-2018). To cope with the harsher data taking conditions, the LHCb collaboration will upgrade the DAQ system and install a purely software based trigger, in addition to various detector upgrades. [...]
