Evolution of Octupole Deformation in Radium Nuclei from Coulomb Excitation of Radioactive $^{222}\mathrm{Ra}$ and $^{228}\mathrm{Ra}$ Beams / Butler, P.A. (U. Liverpool (main)) ; Gaffney, L.P. (U. There is sparse direct experimental evidence that atomic nuclei can exhibit stable pear shapes arising from strong octupole correlations. In order to investigate the nature of octupole collectivity in radium isotopes, electric octupole ($E3$) matrix elements have been determined for transitions in $^{222,228}$Ra nuclei using the method of sub-barrier, multi-step Coulomb excitation. Thermal annealing effects in polycrystalline EuTiO$_{3}$ and Eu$_{2}$Ti$_{2}$O$_{7}$ / IS611 Collaboration

In this study, it was aimed to investigate$^{149}$Tb-PSMA-617 for targeted α-therapy (TAT) using a mouse model of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-expressing prostate cancer.$^{149}$Tb-PSMA-617 was prepared with >98% radiochemical purity (6 MBq/nmol) for the treatment of mice with PSMA-positive PC-3 PIP tumors.$^{149}$Tb-PSMA-617 was applied at 1 × 6 MBq (Day 0) or 2 × 3 MBq (Day 0 & Day 1 or Day 0 & Day 3) and the mice were monitored over time until they had reached a pre-defined endpoint which required euthanasia. The tumor growth was significantly delayed in mice of the treated groups as compared to untreated controls (p < 0.05). [...]

The existence of two close-lying nuclear states in $^{73}$Ga has recently been experimentally determined: a 1/2$^−$ spin-parity for the ground state was measured in a laser spectroscopy experiment, while a J$^{\pi} = 3/2^−$ level was observed in transfer reactions. The lifetime of the 0$_3^+$ state in $^{66}$Ni, two neutrons below the $N=40$ subshell gap, has been measured. The transition $B(E2;0_3^+ \rightarrow 2_1^+)$ is one of the most hindered E2 transitions in the Ni isotopic chain and it implies that, unlike $^{68}$Ni, there is a spherical structure at low excitation energy. The change in mean-square nuclear charge radii $\delta \left \langle r^{2} \right \rangle$ along the even-A tin isotopic chain $^{108-134}$Sn has been investigated by means of collinear laser spectroscopy at ISOLDE/CERN using the atomic transitions $5p^2\ ^1S_0 \rightarrow 5p6\ s^1P_1$ and $5p^2\ ^3P_0 \rightarrow 5p6s^3 P_1$. With the determination of the charge radius of $^{134}$Sn and corrected values for some of the neutron-rich isotopes, the evolution of the charge radii across the $N=82$ shell closure is established.
