 Mechanical stability of the CMS Tracker /CMS Collaboration The CMS Tracker consists of about 210 m$^2$ of silicon strip sensors assembled on various carbon fiber composite structures. The engineering design of the Tracker provides the mounting accuracy of tracker components of about 50$\mu$m but allows some constrained movements. The mechanical stability of Tracker components during Tracker operation is monitored with a dedicated Laser Alignment System and using particle tracks from cosmics and collisions. The laser system monitors a relative movement of large substructures with an accuracy of a few microns in a few minutes interval while the alignment with tracks reconstructs the absolute position of individual detector modules with a similar accuracy but after days of data taking.  Multivariate Determination of the Missing Energy in the Transverse Plane ($E^{miss}_T$) at $\sqrt{s}= 13 \TeV$ /CMS Collaboration The precise determination of the missing transverse momentum is crucial for all processes where undetectable particles are involved. In searches beyond the standard model, such as collider-based dark-matter searches or supersymmetry, the precise determination of the missing transverse momentum is a key component. For the standard model Higgs Boson discovery, MVA $E^{miss}_T$ played an importent role in analyses like $H \rightarrow \tau \tau$ with up to four neutrinos in the final state, where the mass resolution largely depends on the $E^{miss}_T$ resolution.  ECAL hit timing with Run1 and Run2 energy reconstruction in early 25ns data at 13 TeV /CMS Collaboration In the following hit time distributions in the electromagnetic calorimeter barrel are presented for hits with measured energy larger than 1 GeV in collision data at \sqrt(s)=13 TeV and 25 ns bunch spacing. Hit time distributions are presented using two different methods for energy reconstruction: the "weights method" (default during Run 1) and the "multifit method" (developed for Run 2). With the weights method the energy deposits in bunch crossings (BX) different from the one firing the trigger contribute to the hit energy.
