A new detector exploiting the technology of Gas Electron Multipliers is under construction to replace the innermost drift chamber of BESIII experiment, since its efficiency is compromised owing the high luminosity of Beijing Electron Positron Collider. The new inner tracker with a cylindrical shape will deploy several new features. [...]

Investigations of anisotropic flow using multi-particle azimuthal correlations in pp, p$-$Pb, Xe$-$Xe, and Pb$-$Pb collisions at the LHC / ALICE Collaboration
Measurements of anisotropic flow coefficients ($v_{\rm n}$)and their cross-correlations using two- and multi-particle cumulant methods are reported in collisions of pp at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV, p$–$Pb at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV, Xe$-$Xe at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 5.44 TeV, and Pb–Pb at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$= 5.02 TeV recorded with the ALICE detector. These measurements are performed as a function of multiplicity in the mid-rapidity region |$\eta$| < 0.8 for the transverse momentum range 0.2 < $p_{\rm T}$ < 3.0 GeV/$c$. [...]

The study of the strength and behaviour of the antikaon-nucleon ($\rm \overline{K}$N) interaction constitutes one of the key focuses of the strangeness sector in low-energy Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD). In this letter a unique high-precision measurement of the strong interaction between kaons and protons, close and above the kinematic threshold, is presented. [...]

Event-shape and multiplicity dependence of freeze-out radii in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
Two-particle correlations in high-energy collision experiments enable the extraction of particle source radii by using the Bose-Einstein enhancement of pion production at low relative momentum $q\propto 1/R$. It was previously observed that in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV the average pair transverse momentum $k_{\rm{T}}$ range of such analyses is limited due to large background correlations which were attributed to mini-jet phenomena. [...]

Measurements of the Higgs boson production and decay rates and constraints on its couplings from a combined ATLAS and CMS analysis of the LHC $pp$ collision data at $\sqrt{s}=$ 7 and 8 TeV / ATLAS and CMS Collaborations
Combined ATLAS and CMS measurements of the Higgs boson production and decay rates, as well as constraints on its couplings to vector bosons and fermions, are presented. The combination is based on the analysis of five production processes, namely gluon fusion, vector boson fusion, and associated production with a $W$ or a $Z$ boson or a pair of top quarks, and of the six decay modes $H \to ZZ, WW$, $\gamma\gamma, \tau\tau, bb$, and $\mu\mu$. Combinations of single-top-quark production cross-section measurements and $|f_{\rm LV}V_{tb}|$ determinations at $\sqrt{s}=7$ and 8 TeV with the ATLAS and CMS experiments / ATLAS and CMS Collaborations
This paper presents the combinations of single-top-quark production cross-section measurements by the ATLAS and CMS Collaborations, using data from LHC proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=7$ and 8 TeV corresponding to integrated luminosities of 1.17 to 5.1 fb$^{-1}$ at $\sqrt{s}=7$ TeV, and 12.2 to 20.3 fb$^{-1}$ at $\sqrt{s}=8$ TeV. These combinations are performed per centre-of-mass energy and for each production mode: $t$-channel, $tW$, and $s$-channel. [...]

Observation of electroweak $W^{\pm}Z$ boson pair production in association with two jets in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
An observation of electroweak $W^{\pm}Z$ production in association with two jets in proton-proton collisions is presented. The data collected by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider in 2015 and 2016 at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s} =$ 13 TeV are used, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36.1 fb$^{-1}$. Measurement of charged jet cross section in pp collisions at ${\sqrt{s}=5.02}$ TeV / ALICE Collaboration
The cross section of jets reconstructed from charged particles is measured in the transverse momentum range of $5<p_\rm{T}<100\ \rm{GeV}/c$ in pp collisions at the center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s} = 5.02\ \rm{TeV}$ with the ALICE detector. The jets are reconstructed using the anti-$k_\rm{T}$ algorithm with resolution parameters $R=0.2$, $0.3$, $0.4$, and $0.6$ in the pseudorapidity range $|\eta|< 0.9-R$. [...]

Study of the $\Lambda$-$\Lambda$ interaction with femtoscopy correlations in pp and p-Pb collisions at the LHCStudy of the $\Lambda$-$\Lambda$ interaction with femtoscopy correlations in pp and p-Pb collisions at the LHC / ALICE Collaboration
This work presents new constraints on the existence and the binding energy of a possible $\Lambda$-$\Lambda$ bound state, the H-dibaryon, derived from $\Lambda$-$\Lambda$ femtoscopic measurements by the ALICE collaboration. The results are obtained from a new measurement using the femtoscopy technique in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV and p-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}=5.02$ TeV, combined with previously published results from pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}=7$ TeV.
