Memorandum from the HR and FI Departments and the Legal Service concerning the annual certificate of internal taxation for 2006

This memorandum follows on from the one published in Bulletin No. 10-11/2007 on 5 March 2007.

Pursuant to the Staff Rules and Regulations in force in 2006 (Article R IV 2.04), an annual certificate of internal taxation for the 2006 financial year has been drawn up for members of the personnel. This certificate notably states the total amount of remuneration, payments and other financial benefits received by the member of the personnel concerned, as well as the amount of internal tax levied by the Organization for the same period.

The annual certificate of internal taxation for 2006 is now available.

*Reminder:
All members of the personnel residing in France must attach this annual certificate of internal taxation to their income tax declaration.

Members of the personnel of Swiss nationality, residing in France, may need to attach this certificate to their Swiss income tax declaration if they have retained a financial link with Switzerland (cf. Bulletin No. 10-11/2007 of 5 March 2007).

Regarding members of the personnel who reside in Switzerland, only Swiss nationals need to attach this annual certificate of internal taxation to their income tax declaration (cf. Bulletin No. 10-11/2007 of 5 March 2007).
