Measuring tau g-2 using ATLAS Pb+Pb collisions / Stanek-Maslouska, Weronika (DESY) /ATLAS Collaboration
At the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), relativistic heavy-ion beams generate a large flux of equivalent photons, which can lead to photon-induced reactions. By measuring the production of tau lepton pairs through photon-induced processes, it becomes possible to set constraints on the anomalous magnetic dipole moment (g-2) of the tau lepton. [...]

Studies of new Higgs boson interactions through nonresonant $HH$ production in the $b\bar{b}\gamma\gamma$ final state in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector / Jia, Zihang (Nanjing U.) /ATLAS Collaboration
A search for nonresonant Higgs boson pair production in the$b\bar{b}\gamma\gamma$ final state is performed using 140 fb$^{-1}$ ofproton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV recordedby the ATLAS detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. This analysis supersedes and expands upon theprevious nonresonant ATLAS results in this final state based on thesame dataset. The analysis strategy is optimised to probe anomalous values not only of theHiggs ($H$) boson self-coupling modifier $\kappa_\lambda$ but also of the quartic $HHVV$ ($V=W,Z$) coupling modifier $\kappa_{2V}$. No significant excess above the expected background from Standard Model processes is observed. [...]

Parameterization of Higgs boson STXS bins for the measurement of its self-coupling / Alves, Fabio Lucio (Nanjing U.) /ATLAS Collaboration
Higgs pair production processes provide the direct probe to the Higgs boson self-coupling ($\lambda_{3}$). However, as well known such a processes have a small production cross section. [...]

Measurements of HF-tagged jet substructure and energy-energy correlators with ALICE / Mazzilli, Marianna (Houston U.) /ALICE Collaboration
Properties of partonic fragmentation in quantum chromodynamics (QCD) depend on parton flavours in $1\rightarrow2$ splitting processes in parton showers due to the different Casimir factors of quarks and gluons, and to the different masses of light- and heavy-flavour quarks. Heavy-flavour jets provide a unique experimental tool to probe these flavour dependencies. [...]

The Parton Branching Sudakov and its relation to CSS / Martinez, A Bermudez (CERN) ; Hautmann, F (CERN ; Antwerp U. ; Oxford U.) ; Keersmaekers, L (Antwerp U.) ; Lelek, A (Antwerp U.) ; Mendizabal Morentin, M (DESY, Zeuthen) ; Monfared, S Taheri (DESY, Zeuthen) ; van Kampen, A M (Antwerp U.)
The Transverse Momentum Dependent (TMD) Parton Branching (PB) method is a Monte Carlo (MC) approach to obtain QCD high energy collider predictions grounded in ideas originating from the TMD factorization. It provides an evolution equation for the TMD parton distribution functions (TMDs) and a framework to use those within TMD MC generators. This work focuses on the structure of the PB Sudakov form factor. Higgs physics opportunities at FCC / Li, Ang (APC, Paris) /FCC Collaboration
The discovery of the Higgs boson at the LHC in 2012 by the ATLAS and CMS experiments marked a significant milestone, subsequently elevating the measurement of Higgs boson properties to a priority within the experimental particle physics community. As of now, measurements at the LHC have including the Yukawa couplings to the third family ($t$, $b$, and $\tau$) and the Higgs boson mass. [...]

Merging scale in Z + multi-jet events for varying masses / van Kampen, Aron Mees (Antwerp U.) ; Hautmann, Francesco (Antwerp U. ; Oxford U.) ; Martinez, Armando Bermudez (CERN)
We investigate theoretical predictions for $Z$-boson plus jets production using multi-jet merging algorithms. By studying the differential jet rates and their discontinuities, we develop a method to quantitatively analyze the merging algorithm and merging scale dependence on varying boson's invariant masses..

Recent charmonium measurements in Pb–Pb collisions with ALICE / Sharma, Himanshu (INFN, Padua) /ALICE Collaboration
Charmonia are key probes to study nuclear matter in extreme conditions, like the quark--gluon plasma formed in heavy-ion collisions. At LHC energies, the regeneration process due to the abundantly produced charm quarks was found to considerably affect measured charmonium observables. [...]

An overview of $b \to s\mu^{+}\mu^{-}$ decays at LHCb / Nicolini, Janina (Tech. U., Dortmund (main) ; U. Paris-Saclay) /LHCb Collaboration
Rare $B$ decays at LHCb, such as those mediated via ${b\to s\mu^{+}\mu^{-}}$ transitions, offer sensitivity to heavy New Physics particles. Over the last decade, a pattern of coherent tensions between observables measured in ${b\to s\mu^{+}\mu^{-}}$ transitions and their Standard Model predictions have emerged. [...]
