We report on the first femtoscopic measurement of baryon pairs, such as p-p, p-$\Lambda$ and $\Lambda$-$\Lambda$, measured by ALICE at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV This study demonstrates the feasibility of such measurements in pp collisions at ultrarelativistic energies. The femtoscopy method is employed to constrain the hyperon-nucleon and hyperon-hyperon interactions, which are still rather poorly understood. [...]

The measurement of electron-positron pair production is presented as a function of their invariant mass and transverse momentum at midrapidity ($|y_{\rm e} | < 0.8$) in proton-proton (pp) collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV. In this Letter, the ALICE Collaboration presents the first measurements of the charged-particle multiplicity density, $dN_{ch}/d\eta$, and total charged-particle multiplicity, $N_{ch}^{tot}$, in Xe–Xe collisions at a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon-nucleon pair of $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 5.44 TeV. The elliptic flow of inclusive and direct photons was measured at mid-rapidity in two centrality classes 0-20% and 20–40% in Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 2.76 TeV by ALICE.
